Information on the collection of old appliances

We will take back your waste electrical and electronic equipment free of charge in accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act and dispose of it properly for you. As a distributor, we are obliged to do this in accordance with § 17 paragraph 1 and 2 ElektroG.

Please note:

• The type of device to be collected must correspond to that of the delivered device

• Delivery and collection do not take place in one step – we will arrange a separate collection date.
• You, or a representative designated by you in advance, must be present at the usual collection time between 7:00 and 17:00, make the appliance available and countersign the collection.
• The collection appointment will be arranged by telephone or email within 5-7 days of the order being placed.
• We only offer free collection of old appliances for heaters, monitors and large appliances.

Your old appliance must be dismantled and ready for collection, this includes:

• Disconnection from the electricity and water network

• Drain the appliance completely
.
• Drain residual water.
• Defrost the refrigerator and freezer.
• Please remove old batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed in the old appliance before returning the electrical appliance.
