Data security
We attach great importance to the security of your data. All data that we collect from you for smooth processing is subject to the strictest confidentiality. Your data is encrypted during transmission using up-to-date and secure SSL encryption. We use the triple DES (168/112 bit) method with RSA modulus: 1024.
Order processing: Shipping by forwarding agent
Step 1: Order
After you have placed your order, it will be checked by us. As soon as we have successfully completed the check, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
Step 2: Waiting for receipt of payment
If you have selected the prepayment option, we will wait until we have received payment in our account and then arrange for dispatch immediately. You will receive an email upon receipt of payment.
If your item is in stock, we will arrange for it to be dispatched to the shipping company within one working day. If you have selected an item that is not in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer on the same working day. As soon as we receive the ordered item, we will arrange for it to be dispatched immediately. You will receive an email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.
Step 4: Telephone appointment
After the carrier has received your goods, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you.
Step 5: Delivery
The carrier delivers your order to you. Please check the goods for any transport damage. Your order process is now complete.
Order processing: dispatch by parcel service
Step 1: Order
After you have placed your order, it will be checked by us. After we have successfully completed the check, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
Step 2: Waiting for receipt of payment
If you have selected the payment option prepayment or PayPal, we will wait until we have registered receipt of payment in our account and will then arrange dispatch immediately. You will receive an email upon receipt of payment.
If your item is in stock, we will dispatch it on the same day using a parcel service (currently DHL). If you have selected an item that is not in stock, we will order it from the manufacturer on the same working day. As soon as we receive the ordered item, we will arrange for it to be dispatched immediately. You will receive an email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.
Step 4: Delivery
The delivery parcel service will usually try to deliver the parcel to you on the next working day. If the parcel carrier cannot find you, they will leave a parcel card in your letterbox. On this parcel card you will find a telephone number that you can use to arrange a new delivery date with the parcel service. As soon as your order has been delivered, your order process is complete.
